Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Echonic Technologies, Jakarta, Indonesia ("UniGen", "we", "us") for the use of unigen.tech, the UniGen app and the UniGen API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use UniGen for a company, you accept them on its behalf.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account, your password and API keys, and everything done with them. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• One free trial per person or company. Creating extra accounts to get more trials or credits is not allowed.

2. The Service

UniGen provides AI models, AI agents, databases, backends, website hosting, domains and related tools. Plans, quotas and prices are shown on our pricing page. We may improve, change or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan you are using, we will tell you in advance.

3. Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial with trial credits. Trial credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and expire when the trial ends. Some features (for example backends, databases or custom domains) may not be included in the trial.

4. Payments, credits and renewals

• Prices are in US dollars and include Indonesian VAT (PPN) where it applies. Payments are processed by PayPal or Xendit.
• Plans are paid in advance for one month or one year. Plan AI credits are added each month; unused plan credits do not carry over when your plan ends.
• Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is open. Credits are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash.
• AI usage, extra resources beyond your plan and domain purchases are paid from credits at the prices shown in the app.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend the account until it is settled.

5. Refunds

• First plan purchase: full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and have used less than 10% of the plan's AI credits.
• Credit packs: refund of unused credits if you ask within 14 days of purchase.
• Domains: domain registrations and renewals are final and not refundable once completed (registries do not refund them). Failed registrations are refunded in credits automatically.
• Renewals, partly used periods and usage-based charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it or the Service failed because of us.
• To request a refund, e-mail billing@unigen.tech with your account e-mail and receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use UniGen to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• create or spread malware, phishing pages, spam, scams or content that sexualises minors;
• attack, probe or overload UniGen or any other system, or get around usage limits, quotas or billing;
• mine cryptocurrency, or run open proxies or VPN exit nodes;
• break the usage policies of the AI model providers we route to.

We may remove content, pause resources, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and also when an account's use causes unusual cost or risk to UniGen. Where we can, we will warn you first. Pausing does not delete your data.

7. Your content

You own what you create and upload, including AI outputs you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us only the permission needed to host, run and back up your content to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. AI outputs can be wrong; check them before relying on them.

8. Domains

Domains you buy are registered in your name with our registrar partner, and you are the legal owner. You must give accurate owner details and follow the registry's rules. You can get a transfer code to move a domain to another registrar. If a domain is not renewed, it may expire and become available to others.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep UniGen available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important data. Support: support@unigen.tech.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, UniGen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by e-mailing support@unigen.tech from your account e-mail. We may close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its resources are stopped and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are lost, except where a refund is due under section 5.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell you at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use UniGen after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by e-mail; if that fails, disputes will be settled by the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan), unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
